    When employees feel better about what they do, the more they want to do better. This is achievable when they feel seen and comfortable, and this can be done when their hardwork is recognized and rewarded as at when due.
  • Communication:
    A clear line of communication goes a long in getting the best out of an employee. A well-informed employee knows what to do and what not to do, how to do and when to do it. Every employee wants to be communicated to in the simplest forms.
  • Achievements:
    Employees also seek the ability to boast about one’s success and achievement while on the job. They want to win and be able to showcase their achievements.
  • Learning on the Job:
    Frequent learning and development is another thing employees seek. They do not want to remain stagnant in the same position over and over, they want to improve and learn something new that’ll aid their career growth and development. This can be achieved by continuous learning and development opportunities open to the on the job. 
  • Respect:
    As much as employees give respect to colleagues and employers, they want to be respected in return. They want to be corrected and treated with utmost respect in all of their dealings.
